THE PLOT
About 3 years ago, a dark stallion by the name of Lucius fell in love with a neutral mare named Magara. They knew the consequences for their actions and knew that each of their families despised their decision. Lucius' family hated Magara and Magara's family, hated Lucius'. They felt darks should live with darks and vice versa.
Being young and foolish, Lucius and Magara ignored their family's warnings. They had a foal named Damascus. But Damascus wasn't perfect. He was deformed. Disgusted, Lucius orded Magara to kill the foal. He wanted nothing to do with a unperfect foal living and keeping his bloodline. Magara couldn't kill an innocent foal and fled. Furious that his mare didn't obey him, Lucius turned to the RELiCS. They were a group of radical equines that were basically 'hit men' and were called when the darks wanted to snuff anyone particular out , or those that double crossed them. Lucius put a bounty on Magara's head and said that if she is found, to kill her. Meanwhile, the foal, Damascus, had vanished. No one knows where he is now, but if he is found, he will be killed as well. Lucius had taken over the area that was destined to be for the lights, and had all of them killed. He now reigns with a few faithful followers.
Now, there was another group of equines, the OUTCASTS, who despised Lucius' cruel ways, and sought to rebel against him. They want to protect Magara and Damascus. They're out looking for her and the foal as well, hoping to find them before Lucius and the Relics do. As for the rest of the equines, they had formed the VESUVIOS, which is just a herd compiled of loners and neutrals and lights. They dont really care either way if Magara or the foal is found and killed. They stick to themselves.
The Penninsula, which is extremely huge, is set up in herds. To the north is the darks, or the "disgraced', run by the lovely, but deadly ARTEMIS. She rules in a very spooky and sinister forest. To the south is the, neutrals, run by the blind but fair mare Bat. He rules by a lovely waterfall. To the west is the "outcasts", the south, the RELICS and the east, the VESUVIOS, who dont follow any particular path. There are numerous free lands surrounding these few but large herds where anyone is allowed to roam. Now the only question remains...will Magara and Damascus be found? Will Lucius' reign be over?
